I recently came across this quote while reading a Forbes magazine.
The quote brings up a good point that so many leaders could benefit from today.
We see so many leaders today try to lead by giving their employees commands.
Commands are like giving someone a fish.
They will eat for a day and the effect isn’t long-lasting.
But if you show someone the vision, it will be like teaching them to fish.
They will be able to eat forever.
